This product is a paste made from fresh green yuzu rind, green chilli and salt. It has a clean finish taste, cuts a greasy taste, and gives more flavour and depth.


This Japanese condiment can be served with steak, grilled chicken, pork, fish, hotpot, sashimi,  used for dressing, dipping sauce to serve with JFC(Japanese fried chicken) or any fried dish.... and many, many more.   


These products are from my hometown” Ogose” in Japan. Ogose town’s speciality is glowing yuzu and plum.
