This product is unsterilized and will continue to ferment when left at room temperature. we strongly advise using Australia Post EXPRESS POST except for LOCAL regions. This soy sauce keeps fermenting in the package and may expand or leak when the shipping period extends over a prolonged period under warm conditions.
