Koji was crafted from 100% Hokuriku-grown Koshihikari rice,
slowly fermented at a low temperature.
 
This non-oil dressing exudes a rich yuzu aroma.
 
You can dress salads and fried foods,
and marinate vegetables to create yuzu-flavoured light pickles.
