Authentic Japanese hand-made Miso is made from certified bio-dynamic Australian rice, soybeans, and sea salt and is naturally fermented for at least 10 months. Our miso is a small batch, traditionally crafted and authentic to Japanese form. Made in Daylesford, Victoria, by Kaori Takahashi, our miso is rich in probiotics and enzymes.
