We would like to share our original pickling liquid !


Unique, Sophisticated with Japanese twist pickling liquid.

The liquid made with Anzu-su(Byproduct of anzuboshi), grain vinegar and sugar.


You can pickling any vegetable,

such as, Carrots, Purple onion, Daikon, Turnip, Cerelry, Asian vegetables(Green mago,White parts of watermelon), Cucumber, Cauliflower, Zucchini. and also Green apples is delicious !


Here is how to 

1. Slice of your favorite vegetables, 

2. Place it in a container or zipbag

3. Add pickling liquid in it, just below covering it

(The vegetable release liquid after 10-15mins later, so that it will cover afterword. Please add some more if it not cover it)

4. lightly Massage it, Keep it in the refregerator over 6hours(or how you like it)

*Pickling time is depends on what type of the vegetables, 

 Soft vegetable(Zucchini, Cucumber) - Less 6 hours

 Hard vegetable(Carrot) - over 6hours


It is nice to add some spices too.
