We want to share our original pickling liquid!


Unique and sophisticated with Japanese twist pickling liquid.

The liquid is made with Anzu-su(a bioproduct of anzuboshi), grain vinegar and sugar.


You can pickle any vegetable,

such as Carrots, Purple onion, Daikon, Turnip, Cerelry, Asian vegetables(Green mago, White parts of watermelon), Cucumber, Cauliflower, Zucchini. and also Green apples are delicious!


Here is how to 

1. Slice of your favourite vegetables, 

2. Place it in a container or zip bag

3. Add pickling liquid in it, just below covering it

(The vegetable releases liquid 10-15mins later so that it will cover afterwards. Please add some more if it does not cover it.)

4. Lightly massage it; keep it in the refrigerator for over 6 hours (or how you like it)

*Pickling time is depends on what type of the vegetables, 

 Soft vegetable(Zucchini, Cucumber) - Less 6 hours

 Hard vegetable(Carrot) - over 6hours


It is nice to add some spices, too.

Once opened, keep it refrigerated.
