What is Yuzu ??
 
Yuzu is a Japanese citrus. It is a bit like the halfway point between a lemon and a lime. Although it is incredibly fragrant, it is extremely sour and tart, making it primarily used for its juice and zest in cooking. 
 
Perfect for making yuzu ponzu, dressings, hot pots, cakes, cocktails, and drinks!
